Reiki is an healing technique from japan, helping to reduce stress and promote relaxation and healing of the person receiving it. During the session a Reiki master will allow the life force energy to flow through him/her by laying hands on the client or just above.

Reiki is based on the concept that an imbalance of vital energy in our body leads to diseases and by correcting these imbalances, we promote healing. If your life force energy is low, your more likely to get sick, feel stress and tired. On the other hand if its high, you will feel more happy, energized and healthy.

For each person, a Reiki healing will be different depending on what the client needs most.

So some in physical pain will feel that ease while others may feel the release of emotions so they are no longer crippled by them.

For those on a spiritual journey, they will often find they examine their existing faith or perhaps go on to discover a new faith and deepen their relationship with self.

The one constant of Reiki is it will bring more peace to your life and help soul growth.

When we forget to live from our hearts and instead try to control our lives from our head or ego, Reiki helps us to reconnect to our heart and soul. We feel more at peace and remember we are not alone.

Positives vibes, affirmations and gratitude are all wonderful and neccessary. But spiritual bypassing will tell you that's all you need to do.

We must do the work while also practicing gratitude and positivity.

We must address the issues and work through them.

We must feel our emotions to process them entirely. We need to allow ourselves the space to do this.

We cannot run from ourselves.

We truly begin to heal when we first acknowledge the need for healing.

Allowing ourselves to grieve as we need.

Energy healing is a great addition for your mind, body and soul.

For me, it's in these moments of forgetting that I remember who I truly am.
A limitless being made of light.
Full of potential and power.
Sometimes we have to let go of what we think we know to realize what we were truly meant to be.

It gives space to settle and listen.

Some of the hardest periods are when we are in transition. It feels like struggle, like loss yet underneath the universe is using this time for momentum.
It is in these moments we rest to rebuild.
We integrate to accomplish.
We need these times to see how far we have come. If we always charge, we don't reflect.
We must allow time for the changes to take hold, to bring about our desired outcome.
Trust the process. Each layer is unfolding as it should.
Some layers we don't want to look at so the universe makes us pause till we are ready.
Each layer is a clue to our healing.
