“What can I do at home?”

We get this question all the time— and it’s a great question.

Treatment in the office is only one piece of the puzzle. What you do between visits can help support how you move, recover and feel day to day.

One of the simplest tools you can use is a lacrosse ball.

It’s inexpensive, easy to keep at home, at the office, or throw in your gym bag. It can be used to work on common areas of muscle tightness like the upper back, glutes, calves and feet.

The goal isn’t to roll as hard as possible. Find a tight area, use comfortable pressure, breathe, and give the muscle some time to relax.

HYROX SLC is almost here.

We know how much goes into race day because we’ve been training for it too! And if you’ve done a HYROX simulation, you already know how your body can feel afterward. If this is your first one, just know that recovery matters too.

Our massage schedule for HYROX recovery week is already filling up, but we still have limited appointments available.

And if massage isn’t available, we can still help with other recovery options based on what your body needs after race day.

FYI some insurance plans may include massage therapy when paired with chiropractic care. Ask us about your benefits to see if your insurance does.
