Real talk: ragweed took me OUT this weekend. 🤧 Itchy eyes, nonstop sneezing - I spent two days feeling miserable.

So today I finally did what I tell all of you to do. I grabbed a robe, sat down in the salt room, and just breathed.

By the time I walked out, my head felt clearer, my chest felt lighter, and I could breathe through my nose again. I honestly feel like a different person than I did this morning.

If ragweed has been kicking your butt too, come sit with the salt. I can’t promise what it’ll do for you, but I can tell you what it did for me today. 🧡

Between pollen, ragweed, and all that summer fun, fall is the perfect time to reset. Our dry salt chamber disperses hospital-grade, 100% pure salt into the air, so you can sit back, breathe deep, and support your respiratory system while you relax and detox.
