Zelda Hotaling returns to Samsara.

We’re grateful to welcome her back to share her gifts with the Samsara community.

What happens when we listen differently?

On Thursday, October 15, join Zelda for Sacred Resonance, an exploration of sound, vibration, presence, and the subtle ways we experience ourselves.

Not a lecture.
Nothing to prepare for.

An invitation to slow down, listen and notice.

At Samsara, we believe discovery begins with curiosity.

Come curious. Come listen. See what you notice.

Schenectady. The Electric City. ⚡️
Long before Samsara arrived, this community was already asking extraordinary questions about energy.
Edison.
Steinmetz.
Whitney.
Langmuir.
Coolidge.
Alexanderson.
Giaever.

Scientists, inventors, and visionaries who helped shape the way the world understood electricity, light, chemistry, communication, and technology.

So when we asked ourselves where Samsara should be, Schenectady felt like more than a location.

It felt like a continuation of a story.
A story about curiosity.
A story about discovery.
A story about energy.

And perhaps, today, we can ask a different question:
What about human energy?🧬

Welcome to Samsara Energy & Wellness Center.

Rainy days invite a different rhythm.

Not every day is meant to be pushed through.

Some days are asking us to soften, slow down and listen.

Allow yourself the grace of pause. A warm cup of tea. A quiet moment to breathe. A little space to recharge and reconnect.

Reset Wednesday is your invitation to step away from the noise and return to yourself.

Because rest is not falling behind… It is how we restore. 📝💡🧬

Step into May with intention and experience what’s unfolding for you at Samsara.

The season is coming alive softly, steadily, and with intention. Blossoms are opening, trees are filling in and a quiet sense of renewal is moving through everything.

Even in this season of growth, there is power in slowing down. In pausing. In returning to yourself.
