Healthy Success Made Simple A healthy lifestyle is made up of many things - 'eating right' & exercise are just 2, but not all. I've been there.

Both Saving money and making money are important for financial stability. Short-term decisions affect your long-term life. When thousands of people were asked about their goals and what they valued the most, the majority said their Relationships - and they wanted to improve their relationship too. When asked what stops them from experiencing the most from your relationships & improving them, they said one of 3 things: Not enough time, not enough money (so they could spend more time), and/or physical health. What would your life & your relationships look like if where ever you are struggling wasn't such a struggle anymore? If you had the time, the money, and the health to have the life you

I get it. There were times in my life when I was missing 1, 2, or all 3 of those. Once I was able to solve those missing pieces in a way that others could as well, I wanted to pay it forward. Let's set up a 30 min exploratory meeting to discuss what isn't working for you, what you need and how we can help you fill that missing piece. https://calendly.com/talk-to-marianne/30-min-resolvethepuzzle

Who decided that living healthier has to cost more? 🤔

Somewhere along the way, we've been led to believe that choosing safer, healthier, better-quality products automatically means spending more money.

And sometimes it does. But it doesn't HAVE to.

Here's what I wish more people understood...
🔥 The price tag is only ONE part of the equation.

➡️ Where you shop matters.
➡️ Who manufactures the products matters.
➡️ What's actually IN those products matters.
➡️ How well they work, how long they last, and what you're getting for your money ALL matter.

And let's not forget something else. Your TIME has value, too!

I've learned that shopping smarter isn't necessarily about finding the cheapest product OR the most expensive one. It's about understanding what matters to YOU and finding the best overall value.

A healthier lifestyle shouldn't have to come at the expense of your financial health.

HEALTH + MONEY + TIME. They're more connected than most people realize. 💜💚

The more you know, the better choices you can make.

💬 I'm curious... when you're shopping

✨ Your 2027 calendar is already filling up. The question is… with WHAT?

We tend to think of January 1st as the starting line. A fresh calendar. New goals. New possibilities.

But here's something worth thinking about…

The life you'll be living in 2027 is already being shaped by the decisions you're making TODAY.

💜 Your Health: Are you investing in your future well-being, or putting off changes you know deserve attention?

💰 Your Money: Is it time to rethink your spending, strengthen your financial stability, or explore additional income possibilities?

💼 Your Business or Career: Are you growing in the direction you want, or is it time for an upgrade, a different strategy, or an entirely new opportunity?

⏳ Your Time: Is your calendar reflecting what matters most to you, or is everything else getting the best of you?

Here's the beautiful part…

You don't have to change everything. But you CAN choose to change something.

And sometimes, one thoughtful decision creates possibilities in more areas of your life than you ever imagined.

Don't wait for a new year to start creating a different future.

🌿 Knowledge + Clarity + Choice = FREEDOMS.

💬 So, let's talk. What needs YOUR attention before 2027 arrives?

Health? Money? Business? Time? Or something else?

☕ IF YOUR HEALTH IS YOUR WEALTH… HOW WELL DO YOU KNOW THE PRODUCTS YOU USE EVERY DAY?

Most of us believe we put thought into eating healthier, staying active, and taking care of our bodies.

But we don't always stop to consider this…
🔥 Being healthy isn't just about what we ADD to our lives. It's also about what we're exposing ourselves to every day.

Think about it.

The laundry detergent touching your skin. The cleaners used throughout your home. The personal care products you apply daily. The vitamins and supplements you trust to support your health.

We use these products routinely, often without giving them much thought.

Yet there are some important questions worth asking:

🌿 WHO makes them?
Is the company on the label actually manufacturing the product, or is production outsourced to someone else?

🌿 WHAT'S in them?
Do you know the ingredients, why they're used, and whether there are safer, more effective alternatives?

🌿 WHEN were they made?
Are you getting a freshly manufactured product, or something that may have spent months or even years moving through warehouses and sitting on store shelves?

🌿 HOW are they made?
What quality standards, testing, and manufacturing controls are in place?

🌿 WHERE are they made?
Do you know where your products come from and who oversees the manufacturing process?

💜 Here's why this matters.

A recognizable brand doesn't necessarily mean you know the whole story.

And words like "natural," "clean," or even "new and improved" don't tell you everything about a product's ingredients, quality, or safety.

A healthy lifestyle is about more than adding a few healthy products or habits.

It's also about understanding what we use, recognizing what may need to change, and making better-informed choices as we go.

And those choices aren't just about us. They can affect our families, our pets, and the environment inside our homes.

At Healthy Success Made Simple, we believe everyone deserves access to information that makes these everyday decisions easier.

Not fear. Not pressure. Just knowledge, clarity, and choices that make sense for your life.

💚 Because what goes IN, ON, and AROUND your body matters more than you may realize.

And when your health is your wealth, EVERY CHOICE MATTERS.

💬 I'm curious: When you purchase household or personal care products, what matters most to you: the ingredients, the brand, where it's made, or the price?

We think we have choices. But how many of those choices are really independent?

Walk through almost any grocery, health, or household aisle, and you’ll see dozens of familiar brands.
➡️ Different names. Different packaging. Different marketing.

But many of those brands are owned by the same handful of larger companies.

That doesn’t automatically mean the products are bad or that an acquisition changes everything overnight...but lets be honest, it usually DOES change over time.

I do think it should make us ask better questions.

When a company changes ownership:
🫪 Are the ingredients still the same?
🫪 Are the sourcing and manufacturing standards the same?
🫪 Are the safety standards the same?
🫪 Is the effectiveness still the same?
🫪 Is the company still making decisions for the same reasons?

Sometimes the answer may be yes. Sometimes it may not.

And that’s exactly why I believe the name on the front of the package is only part of the story.

Real choice comes from knowing more about what you’re buying, who owns it, how it’s made and whether it still meets the standards that matter to you.

Knowledge + Clarity + Choice.

Did any of the companies in this video surprise you - or are you purchasing products that are now owned by someone else?

It's easy to think "Oh I see a commercial or ad, so it must be a good product". But, that's not always true - and not always the best way to save money let alone be the most effective product!

You don't have to accept substandard products or spend too much. Link in comments.

One of the most valuable things I wish I had learned earlier is this: The financial price of something is only one part of what it may actually cost you.

We’re used to asking:
👉 How much is it?
👉 Can I afford it?
👉 Is there a cheaper option?

Those are smart questions. But sometimes the better question is:
🔥 What is this choice really costing me?

Some decisions cost us in ways that never appear on a receipt - They can cost us time, health, energy, peace of mind, opportunities, flexibility, or freedom.

👉 A cheaper product that has to be replaced more often may not really be cheaper.
👉 Doing everything yourself may save money but cost hours you could have used elsewhere.
👉 Ignoring your health can feel less expensive today and become far more costly later.
👉 And sometimes paying more financially can actually give you something more valuable back: better quality, less stress, more time, greater convenience, or better long-term results.

That’s why I believe good decisions come from looking at the whole picture, not just the number attached to it.
🧐The price is what you pay.
🤯The real cost is what you give up.

Knowing the difference? .... PRICELESS!

Growth doesn’t always mean becoming someone completely different. Sometimes it means becoming more aware of who you already are.

😅 Keeping the parts of yourself that still fit.
😅 Letting go of what doesn’t.
😅 Learning from experience.
😅 Changing your mind when you have better information.
😅 Creating new habits.
😅 Making different choices.

We can grow without dismissing the person we used to be. After all, every version of us taught us something.

The goal isn’t necessarily to “reinvent” ourselves over and over again. Sometimes it’s simply to keep evolving with more knowledge, clarity, and intention than we had before.

And I think that’s one of the best parts of getting older: realizing we’re allowed to change without leaving ourselves behind.

What’s one part of yourself you hope never changes, no matter how much you grow?

At some point, learning has to turn into doing.

I’ve always believed in gathering good information before making a decision. Research matters. Asking questions matters. Understanding the risks, the options and the possible outcomes matters.

But there’s also a point where continuing to research can become a very comfortable substitute for taking action.

You can read about swimming all day long.

Eventually, you have to get in the water.

The same is true with so many things in life and business.

You can study entrepreneurship without ever starting something.

Learn everything about healthier habits without changing one.

Research a new career without taking the first step.

Watch tutorials about new technology without actually using it.

Read about confidence without ever doing the thing that makes you uncomfortable.

Information can prepare us.
Experience teaches us what the information couldn’t.

For me, the key has never been “just jump.” It’s knowledge + clarity + action.

Learn enough to understand what you’re stepping into. Ask better questions. Consider the risks. Then recognize when you know enough to take the next step.

Because sometimes we don’t need one more article, video or opinion.

We need the experience that comes from actually trying.

What’s something you could have studied forever, but didn’t truly understand until you experienced it yourself?
