Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of building successful businesses, developing people, and creating opportunities in two industries that I am passionate about: Fitness Education and Government Contracting.
With over 30 years of successful experience, I have learned that the foundation of any successful organization is its people, its leadership, and its commitment to delivering results.
FITNESS EDUCATION & LEADERSHIP Through NAFTA Academy, my passion is developing the next generation of fitness professionals, empowering instructors, and helping organizations build stronger fitness and wellness programs. From certification programs and curriculum development to partnerships with military installations, YMCAs, and community organizations, my goal has always been to make quality fitness education accessible, effective, and impactful.
GOVERNMENT CONTRACTING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
My experience in government contracting has provided me with extensive knowledge in business development, strategic planning, proposal development, contract operations, workforce management, and building successful partnerships. I understand the challenges businesses face when entering or expanding within the government marketplaceāand the importance of developing strategies that turn opportunities into sustainable growth.
