What was doesn’t fit anymore

As you stand at the threshold of a new form, who you are becoming is hovering in between the dust of your old self and the subtle imprints of what is yet to unfold.

Connections, ways and places alter in this void. Trust the disconnect, a new journey is imminent toward new pieces that will fit.

🔸There are moments in life that act as voidal before birth stages, where we are no longer who we were and we are yet birthed into who we will be. We hover in a space, shedding the remnants of the hardship of transformation awaiting the unknowns of the future path ahead.

🔸In this space a strange neutral apathy can emerge, feeling disconnect to many things in your life, what you did, enjoyed doing, who you were connected to, and even who you were. You may find a lot of questioning is occurring for you right now, reassessing many areas of life and maybe even your gifts and service in the world.

🔸It’s like a butterfly questioning walking on the ground in its caterpillar days, new approaches are needed. Give it time, give it space, much will be clearer once we are passed eclipse season later next month.

This year may have brought up Grief as many faced major changes and transformations

This month the theme of release of the old feels even more palpable. Many are readying to walk through some very powerful doorways of stepping into the new, long-standing shifts, and a rebalancing emerging this season.

I’ve come to know the grief journey well, from my own life experiences and also walking alongside clients in their own grief experiences. It has been a wise teacher but a brutal one. It is part of life but a raw experience at times. It also has its own rhythm.

Grief is not a journey to be sugar coated, it is an evolution like the shifting tides. It brings lessons and shedding with its tender waves. It is humbling but also evolves and integrates, it does get better in time. Every grief experience is uniquely its own.

If you find yourself walking with grief lately, whether that is a literal loss of someone, a release of a path or even an old version of you, remember it’s a timing that has its own rhythm. Let it teach you, and if there are days when you are tender, you are raw, angry or sad, let it come up and out to be seen. It’s part of the shedding, it’s part of the rebirth.

Carve out ways to bring your grief to the forefront as a teacher of what it wants to show you, maybe it’s creating a ritual that reminds you of who or what you are healing from. Listening to a song they loved, making a dish that was their favorite or simply lighting a candle in their honor or for your own heart.
Maybe it is reflecting on the old version of you and honoring the you that carried you through those chapters to lead you to where you are now.

How can you bring a memory into a new form and allow it to soften you in the spaces that need comfort?

The Patterns of Victimization of the Feminine

This theme has been coming up in a wave of repetition for many female clients lately and a theme that is surfacing with more awareness with recent events.

This is the pattern of feminine victimization, persecution, abuse, dominance, control, or any other influence of a victim/victimizer situation of the feminine. This awareness isn’t about man shaming but about honoring an imbalance and a history of mistreatment.

1 in 5 clients I work with have this story of abuse and it’s sad to know so many have endured this as their upbringing, it is story of my own history as well. Many women have “stories”. But also honorable to know we are rising from it and with it to become even stronger and more powerful despite what has been endured. I’ve held space for many of these stories and witnessed women face these patterns in themselves tenderly and courageously. I’ve also seen the charge and impacts of abuse soften in this work, not to rid themselves of its influence but to lessen the triggers on the energy field, the body and their life. When this occurs, they rise above what happened and reclaim their power, from being a victim to knowing and remembering who they are and that these stories don’t define us.

When this comes up for many all at once, it can point to a collective pattern shifting around this. It can come up for the person as a life situation that triggers emotion about it, or a physical sensation in the body that is still holding energy and emotion around this pattern.

Why would this be a collective theme shifting?

With mass amounts of new energy coming into the planet, it can bring up anything that isn’t meant to go into this new cycle. Patterns of abuse run deep in our world. When we shift energy and patterns within us as individuals, we also support our lineage, our ancestors, and the collective. It may be surfacing so we can reshape and break the cycle, each layer matters and every act of brave truth changes us all.

For those who experience ongoing symptoms while medical tests continue to come back normal, the experience can be incredibly frustrating and isolating.

Many clients come to energetic work after struggling to understand what their bodies have been communicating. While energetic work is never a replacement for appropriate medical care, it can be a complementary way of exploring the deeper layers of an experience.

The body is more than its physical form. Emotional experiences, the nervous system, energetic patterns, and lived experiences can all be part of the bigger picture.

When these layers are explored, there may be greater awareness around what is happening beneath the surface: stress held in the body, blocked energy, suppressed emotions, unresolved experiences, or a nervous system that has become accustomed to operating in fight or flight.

The body has an intelligent language of its own. Symptoms can sometimes offer signals about areas that need attention, rather than simply being something to silence or ignore.

Energetic work invites a person to become curious about those signals and explore the roots of what may be contributing to an imbalance.

Not every symptom has an emotional or energetic cause, and seeking medical answers remains important. But sometimes, looking at the whole person rather than only the physical body can reveal another piece of the picture.

Because healing can happen on many layers.

As a Chapter Closes

For three years my practice has been located in this blessing of a space Awaken and Evolve Learning Center at Stable Galleria in Scottsdale, the historical hidden gem in the area. It’s been a gift to practice here, to walk alongside many in this space in their healing journey, to teach, have events and experience the changing of the seasons in all the desert shifts.
Witnessing yellow palo verde trees bloom in all their glory, dust storms, monsoons and the blazing heat as the sun settled over the adobe rooftops.
To explore Cattetrack Arts compound Nextdoor and the comings and goings of the Frank Lloyd Wright Architecture school while also witnessing the businesses change around me.

Being in a space for a while shows you these rhythms but also your own growth and evolution as part of it. If you’ve connected with me here in this office, it’s truly been a joy having you part of it. I will miss this space and seeing your faces. I’ve always found it special to honor a space before closing a door, so I wanted to take the time here for that.

I Have a Personal Update

In this powerful year of big transitions for many, I wanted to share a personal update with you as we move into the new season.

After much reflection and many changes this year, I’ll be relocating to Portland, Oregon in late October and beginning a new chapter there.

This is a big transition for me, one that holds a lot of changes, adjustment, excitement and possibility. I’ll be taking the next couple of months to move through it intentionally but will continue to have my regular schedule here and in person sessions until later October.

With this move, there will naturally be some shifts in how I offer my work. I’ll be closing out my in person offerings in the Mesa and Scottsdale locations, so I will no longer have an in person location in Arizona.

Remote sessions will continue, with slight schedule changes as I make the move and get settled there. If we have been working together remotely, that part of our work will remain available wherever you are.

While some things will naturally evolve with this move, the heart of the work remains the same: creating space for deep listening, ongoing support, energetic alignment, and meaningful transformation to support all seasons and areas of life. I’m truly looking forward to the evolution of this work into this next chapter. And for those of you who are in Oregon, I’m hopeful that, once I’m settled and the timing permits, I’ll be able to establish an in person offering there as well. I’ll share more about that when I know what feels possible.

Thank you all of you immensely for being part of this work here in Arizona, it is bittersweet to close this chapter here and I will miss seeing you in person in Arizona. I am grateful for all of the connections I have made with you, allowing me to walk alongside you in your own becoming. Your support, trust, and presence have meant so much to me, especially through a year of profound change.

And suddenly the air becomes cooler. The sunsets inch earlier and earlier and the songs of the wild begin to shift.

A stirring beneath you is occurring, it’s time to change and listen to the stir.

The season is changing and so are you.

We’re standing at a threshold
The Equinox is around the corner, the season is changing as this is reflecting in your own life, a pivotal moment of balance, is humming in our bones
while the ripple of the Eclipse Season lingers in our souls. This isn’t just seasonal change, it’s cosmic recalibration.

Shadow meets light.
Ego meets soul.
Stillness meets momentum.
The Equinox reminds us to re-align.
Let go of what no longer matches who you are becoming.
Plant new seeds with intention.
Trust the timing of your transformation.
