Hydrosols created with organically grown and ethically wildcrafted botanicals, artfully distilled in copper with hand-collected mountain spring water.

Wildcare’s energetic skin care line is rooted in a commitment to distill organically grown botanicals from our garden in addition to partnering with small, sustainable farms. We feature artisan distilled Hydrosols along with our line of holistic skincare for face and body. The water for our Hydrosol distillations is hand-collected from a local Oregon spring, offering to you a living water with the highest vibrations and purest energy. Free of toxins and synthetics, Wildcare naturally radiates, like you, from deep within. WHAT IS A HYDROSOL? A Hydrosol is the aromatic water collected from slowly distilled fresh plant material. What results is an extremely gentle skin tonic packed full of nutrients, plant acids, and suspended micro-particles of its own essential oils, used to balance and restore the skins natural PH.

Happy hellos to you. I’m here to share that our SAFFRON is blooming. I have dreamt of a fresh solar-infused saffron essence with its beautiful scented red threads in tact for eons, and yesterday was the perfect sunny morning for us to pour out our spring water and let the saffron speak through the water. The aroma was otherworldly. Transcendent. Mysterious. Restorative.

What was quite interesting about the making of this essence is how our dog Hazel didn’t want to leave the flower’s side. I’ve never seen her so involved. She sat underneath it for almost an hour as the bowl was up high, about 4 feet above the ground, up in the sunlight. I walked away, she stayed. It seemed to give her comfort when she was nervous of getting a bath as we watered the garden, choosing to sit under the saffron bowl out of all places. A wasp came. A yellow finch came, a bee came. It drew a crowd. A nervine with a deeper story unfolding….

Saffron is now a research essence in our library of flowers that will go into explorations as we further attune. 💜❤️💛 I will make it available when the timing is right.

Not every bloom is meant to be cut. I’m enjoying watching our sunflowers this year sitting under their towering smiley faces and looking up. Planting sunflowers has been a great experiment of feast vs famine. Out of the 50-some seeds we planted, we probably got about 9 growing because the garden critters just love to dig them up and munch away. I can’t blame them, I like snacking as much as the next squirrel. It does make the blooms that arise all the more special to celebrate.

Maybe one day I’ll make an essence but for now, these big guys want to grow tall and free as can be. When you practice listening more than taking, it becomes apparent who is ready to be snipped and who is not. When these dry out, I’ll thread a string through them and turn them into hanging feeders for the Steller’s Jays, Northern Flickers and maybe even the nuthatches. My favorite season for winged visitors. 🐦

🦋 39 years old 🦋 I’m trying something new and I’m leaving you an intimate letter beginning in the 2nd slide. :)

For me to authentically continue using this platform for business & connection, I’m choosing to be free with this part of my life. Anddd privacy remains in place for the areas I choose. :)

This work with Wildcare has always been so much more than what faces the outside— it’s calling on me to show up when I’m ready with some of my inner world too, as real healing happens in community.

Yesterday was a very happy 39th birthday and I’d like to share the love with you. 💙

True story : Earlier this year when building our kiwi vine fortress over the outdoor tub, a branch off the plant snapped back at my eye! When I went to the optometrist to get the mark it left checked out, he said that it left the ‘most perfect imprint of a figure eight’. A funny, harmless anecdote to this kiwi flower essence story that’s still unraveling! It’s curious to look at these fluffy flowers and see the spherical nature they each carry inside their cupped shaped petals that face down towards the earth as they bloom. 👁️

Kiwi Flower Essence was made later that week on the first day of opening blooms and warm sunshine. The essence was preserved with locally made Pacific Northwest pear brandy + spring water.

Testing in progress….More to come….💛

PS- If you were one that sent us interest in participating in our flower essence research and receiving a surprise essence, we will be in touch soon! Organizing away… :)

OK MY FRIENDS, we have three very special distillations arriving tomorrow. They are all Summer seasonal Hydrosols, distilled in very limited batches, the only time we will do it of the year.

🌱 TEA TREE : Invigorate • Cleanse • Clear
Can you believe it!?!?! I’ve waited 10+ years to distill fresh tea tree and my wish has come true. It’s an incredible distillation.

🍃 TULSI SWEETGRASS : Purify • Ground • Restore
Sixth year distilling tradition for good reason. If I had to choose my top 3 favorite distillations, this is in it. Spicy, cooling, sweet, exquisite.

🪻 DREAMERS GUILD : Wild Mugwort, Starflower & Lavender. Musk + fragrant earth. This is one for the Hydrosol connoisseurs haha. for those doing deep dreamwork & those looking for more tranquility & soundness to their sleep.

Those on the waitlists on each product pages will receive notifications first. I’ll post them up live tomorrow.

I’m so excited for you to explore this trio of summertime splendor!!

In good health & happiness,
Cort & family
