Happy Boss’s Day to the lady who leads TCR with heart, positivity, and a whole lot of love, Heather Allen! 💗🌼

Heather is the definition of a resident-centered leader. Her love for our residents shines through in everything she does, and she goes above and beyond to make sure they feel valued, loved, and right at home. She leads our team with positivity, encouragement, and a genuine desire to keep morale high and make TCR a place where people love to be.

One of the many things that makes Heather so special is her ability to make others feel seen and appreciated. Whether it’s a handwritten note of encouragement, a kind word, or simply taking the time to recognize someone’s hard work, she has a way of reminding our team that what they do matters. Her door is always open, and she truly cares about the people she leads.

With her wealth of knowledge and experience in long-term care, Heather leads with both wisdom and heart. And from her pink Bronco to the positive energy she brings through our doors, she certainly knows how to make life a little more colorful! 💕

It takes a special kind of person to lead in long-term care, and Heather truly has a heart for it. Her dedication to our residents, her commitment to our team, and the joy she brings to TCR never go unnoticed. We are incredibly thankful for her leadership and blessed to have her as part of our TCR family.
