💼 Lunch & Learn Employer Spotlight: SparkC, LLC

October’s Lunch & Learn Café featured Justin Drummond, President and CEO of SparkC, LLC, who introduced 15 TTS participants to the growing cybersecurity and IT industry.

Drawing on his background in Division I basketball and graduate education in cybersecurity management and policy, Justin shared insights into SparkC’s work in cybersecurity, IT security, learning management systems, online course development, and AI-supported digital solutions.

Participants explored career opportunities ranging from Project Manager and Instructional Systems Designer to Cybersecurity Analyst, along with guidance on identifying the right fit and pursuing these roles.

At The Training Source, we’re strengthening our Employment Services to connect individuals with meaningful career pathways while helping employers prepare candidates, recruit talent, develop workforce-aligned training, and support employees after placement.

The Training Source is sharing an upcoming Su***de Prevention & Safety Awareness Fair, bringing together community members, mental-health professionals, support organizations, and local resources for an evening focused on prevention, awareness, and connection.

The event will include information and resources from community partners, along with a Town Hall discussion with District 6 Council Member Danielle Hunter focused on mental-health support and connecting residents with available resources.
