Forza Nutrition Co. LLC

In Italian the word Forza means strong. But conversationally, it is used in so many different ways. You deserve to be thriving, not just surviving.

HI, I’M SAHARA, PN1 CNC, CPT,HMCC
I’m a Nutrition coach and Certified Personal Trainer located in Seattle, Washington, first generation Italian American, and lover of animals and gardening. When you are encouraging someone to keep going - even when they are feeling completely deflated - the first thing you will usually find yourself cheering at them is: “ Forza, Forza!” Which means: “Get up, let’s go, you can do this.”

This is what I’m here to do. Building new habits is hard, especially when it comes to exploring our relationship with food, our body, and movement. I’m here to be in your corner, to support you through the tough times and help you celebrate your wins, even the small ones. I will be the friend yelling “Forza!” when you aren’t sure if you can keep going. I can’t wait to meet you!
