Self-care does it's most when we're at our worst 💗 Daily walks, stretching, meditations, yoga, pilates, running, swimming, blowing bubbles, listening to music, moments of peace are just some of the ways to live a life of flow and joy.

It's not about waiting for the storm to pass it's about gaining the tools to be able to dance with the rain.

Tip #62: Massage is extremely beneficial for emotional and mental wellness. We physical hold so much emotional and mental tension in our body and by addressing the physically we are addressing the whole. It's amazing to have an hour of no demands from life, no interrupts, no task to do other than relax. It's important to have these moments of peace and tranquility to recharge and fill your daily cup.

Tip #5: Abdominal massage is so amazing and impactful for the whole body!!! We hold so much emotional, mental and physical tension in our abdomen/ribs/diaphragm. It's our bridge between shoulders and low back, between upper and lower body. It's our bridge between physical and mental release. Want to learn more? Join me for a class!

Tip #1: It's so much easier to prevent than recover... Especially as we get older

Self-care tends to mainly be used as a recovery tool especially in the States but it's truly easier to do 10-20 mins of daily self-care verses months of recovery and pain.
