Meridian EFT

Happy Monday! What did you do this weekend for regulation and connection? When we make it a priority, watch what happens next. 💕💜💕

I believe it is neuroscientist and author, Dr. Joe Dispenza that coined the phrase:

“A memory without the emotional charge is called…Wisdom". 🥰 This speaks to my soul.

When we can talk about the hard stuff without feeling like we are reliving it. When we know it happened but it doesn’t pull us back there anymore. When we can stay centered without losing ourselves in the trigger, or the memories.

When we can sit and just be. 🎁

Are you hard on yourself?
Try walking gently with yourself too, and watch what happens with others. ❤️

💜💕💜Normalize talking about the difficult topics.💜💕💜

And if it’s a struggle to show up when it’s uncomfortable then book some time with me today. 👌 We will work on your system, your beliefs, ways to help you stay grounded and ways to keep calm; ways to grow. 🌱

NO ONE wants to be on one side of this - we can learn how to sit with discomfort and be true to ourselves while still supporting those we love. 🥰
You matter, and so do your neighbors, your friends, your family, your dogs, cats, coworkers, your loved ones.

Because no one should feel like ending their life is a better way to go than living.

If capacity is low; build. ❤️

Time to celebrate another EFT milestone! 👌🎊🙌🥰 The amazing Tony Robbins is the strategic advisor for this program (not practitioners) - and yep, he’s a big supporter of EFT & Tapping. 👌

And! 🥁

💡Did you know in 2018 EFT was also approved as a successful form of treatment for combat veterans suffering from PTS (post traumatic stress)?!

But wait there’s more! Australia studies report almost zero residual from a traumatic event if we can get to them within 72 hours. That is profound imo.

Then just imagine what it can do for you and your stress, your burnout, your pain, and your past trauma. Easy to learn, easy to do, yours to keep. Used in conjunction with therapy, at treatment centers and as a standalone, there is a strong and valid reason it’s showing up everywhere. 🫶

Book time with me on my website today and I’ll show you why. Website link in the comments. 😊

This is a new one for me but most know I’ll try it just to see the effects…because why not? 🤷‍♀️ Growth and healing can be found everywhere!

If anyone else tries this before me, let’s hear what it did for you! Life is a lot better when we have tools to build the intent. 🙌🥳

Yep, exactly this. 👌

You’re not lazy. You’re not broken. You’re not “just getting old.”

When your nervous system is stuck in stress mode, your mitochondria, the actual power plants in every single cell, switch from energy production to cellular defense. They start rationing fuel like you’re in a crisis. Because as far as your body is concerned, you ARE in a crisis.

That’s why everything feels so hard. Why getting off the couch takes superhuman effort. Why you’re exhausted before you’ve even done anything.

When the stress signals stop, energy production rebounds just as quickly. Your power plants come back online.

Tapping calms the nervous system, drops cortisol, and tells your cells the emergency is over.
