Harrison Discount Pharmacy opened its doors on March 1, 1986, as a locally owned, independent pharmacy with one pharmacist, David Nicklas, and a simple mission: take care of people and serve the community well. Forty years later, that same commitment remains at the heart of who we are. What began as a one-pharmacist operation has grown into a dedicated team of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, clerks, delivery personnel, and support staff—all working together to provide the personal service our customers have come to know and trust. Located at the corner of Harrison and Independence, we believe there is still something special about a hometown pharmacy. You're our neighbors, friends, and the families we've had the privilege of serving—often for generations. We combine the convenience and services you expect from a modern pharmacy with the personal attention you can only get from a locally owned business. Our services include prescription medications, competitive pricing, immunizations and flu shots, medication consultations and screenings, medication synchronization, compliance packaging, local delivery, medical equipment rentals, and convenient refill options.
