How we speak to each other at The Apothecary 💜 We aren’t a corporation so we don’t follow corporates rules.

Here, our staff speaks to each other lovingly, encouraging, and respectfully! We create space for sick days, mental wellness days, and for each person to step forward with their creativity.

One of the things we cover in our Wednesday morning Ayurveda Healing Circle is the power of our word- what it means to bless one another with it.

We are paving the way for companies to consider a different approach with their staff and still yield high production days! We love to focus on making The Apothecary a place where employees want to be!
