Congrats to Shelley for celebrating one year at Vista Care!

For Shelley, a great day at work is when the individuals she supports share about their day and open up about their thoughts. Those everyday conversations have helped her build meaningful connections and better understand the people she supports. One of the things Shelley values most about her work is being able to make a tangible difference in the lives of the people we serve. Over her first year at Vista Care, she has enjoyed getting to know the individuals she works with and learning the best ways to support each person.

Congratulations to Aaron on celebratingone year with Vista Care!

As our Director of Accounting Operations, Aaron says a great day at work starts with something we can all appreciate: a clean inbox! But beyond that, what really makes a great day is being able to make his team members’ days just a little easier. One thing Aaron is especially proud of from his first year is how his team came together during an incredibly challenging audit season. Despite being down key staff, the team stayed organized, refocused, and pushed through while balancing major projects, daily responsibilities, month-end work, and the audit. What stands out about Vista Care the most to Aaron is the people. He appreciates his team and the way they have supported him, helped him work through challenges, and helped him find his footing during his first year as “the new guy.”

Today we celebrate Robert and his one year anniversary with Vista Care!

For Robert, a great day at work is one where he can stay on top of his daily to-dos, keep things flowing, and get the job done accurately. One thing Robert is especially proud of is how much he has grown during his time at Vista Care. He started as a novice in the industry and has worked his way toward becoming someone his team can rely on in his role. Robert chooses Vista Care because of the purpose he feels when he helps others.

Last week, Vista Care's very own Brittany Rewolinski received the Emerging Leader Award at the 2026 Disability Service Provider Conference in Oshkosh, WI. Brittany was recognized for her leadership in educating others about and advocating for Remote Supports and the impact this service can have for the people we support.

We’re proud to see Brittany’s passion, knowledge, and leadership recognized on a larger stage. Thank you, Brittany, for helping move Remote Supports forward and for always living our mission to serve more people, better. Congratulations on this well-deserved recognition!

We’re kicking off our October anniversaries by celebrating Cassidy!

For Cassidy, a great day at work is one where she feels productive, organized, and able to solve problems. She takes pride in being able to tackle challenges and keep things moving forward. Cassidy is especially proud of her professional growth during her time at Vista Care. She has enjoyed learning about different areas of the organization, taking on new responsibilities, and continuing to grow in her role. The thing that stands out to Cassidy about Vista Care the most is the people, strong teamwork, and knowing that the work we do makes a meaningful difference in the lives of the individuals we serve.
