We also perform Complete preventative Physical Exam, Sports physcials and DOT exams. We try to do our best to help you and provide with a high-quality services.

Shepherd's Homecoming matchup has changed, and tonight it's Bluejays vs. The Dads! The varsity players will take on their dads and male role models in flag football at 6:30 p.m. The dads bring years of experience, while the BlueJays bring knees that don't sound like Rice Krispies.

Sweetwater Medical Center wishes all the dads the best of luck tonight! Remember, your brain may think you're 18, but your hamstrings know better. Take it easy out there, because the office may not have enough openings for all those old man strains, sprains, and pains!

The parade starts at 5 p.m., admission to the game is free, and concessions will be open. Come cheer on the BlueJays and the brave men who will be telling everyone at work Monday that they "almost had them."

A few healthy sleep habits could make a difference:
