It's been a big week for my favorite medicines. Whether you use either one, I suspect you're about the hear a lot more about them in the coming months. This is such an important time to use our own discernment, listen to our intuition, go deeper than the narratives readily handed to you.

Now let's see how long until I get flagged!

Nobody warns you about having postpartum and perimenopause simultaneously. There must be a term for this??

I've been thinking a lot lately about the conditions that allow healing to happen.
We spend so much time searching for the right protocol, the right supplement, the right medicine, the right practitioner.

But what if those aren't the first question? What if healing begins with the container? Not a physical space, but the feeling of being held well enough that your nervous system finally stops bracing...and something inside you has permission to emerge.

My newest essay is about the day I finally understood what people meant when they talked about "the container," and why I think it may be one of the most important parts of healing that we rarely talk about. 🌵

There is something very cathartic about going back and documenting these memories. I easily have 20 different stories at once I want to share, but some really reflect back how and why I'm so passionate about holistic health and the magic of the human body!

Not long after the bathroom floor prayer (see last article), we finally heard the words we had been praying for.

Reposting this because I genuinely thought metamorphosis was… faster. 🫠
Turns out becoming the thing you’re building takes a full year. And a nervous system upgrade. And letting the old structure fully dissolve. This wasn’t just a pause. It was formation. And guess what??

She’s got wings now. 🦋

🌿 Pardon Our Metamorphosis 🌿

FOXO3 Wellness is in her chrysalis, entering a phase of deep change. We are in a time of growth, where what once existed is reimagined, refined, and restructured—preparing for something greater as we transition from brick & mortar to the online space. 🐛

During this process, we’re not simply shifting on the surface; we’re evolving, deepening, and expanding our vision. This transformation allows us to emerge stronger, more adaptable, and ready to serve our community in new and exciting ways.

While we’re keeping a few things under wraps for now, trust that this shift will bring new offerings that are going to be truly life changing. Our goal is to make holistic health and healing more accessible, no matter where you are.

We can’t wait to unveil all that’s coming—thank you for your continued support as we evolve. Stay tuned, keep sweating and get ready for what’s next! 🔥🦋

XOXO,

Megan
