Don’t forget this week is “spirits week” each day before Halloween at MYCC!

For the next week until Halloween we are offering a free class to anyone who shows up in a Halloween costume for their class. If you have a reservation it won’t count against your pass and if you don’t have a class reservation, just come in costume and participate (check the class cap before coming this way please).

We are excited to see our creative community play along and join the fun!

Join us tomorrow night Monday 10/26 at 5:30 pm for our departing instructor, Vilma’s last Restorative Yoga class before moving on to her next life adventure.

After the class join us for a small social gathering so we can share our gratitude for Vilma’s generosity sharing her talents with our community, and get one last squeeze. You can totally come and join us for the gathering at 6:30 even if you can’t make the class.

Congratulations to everyone who completed the Reiki Level 1 “Shoden” Training last weekend. All participants received their initiation to Reiki self-healing and are on their way to level 2 training and beyond in September. We are beyond grateful for the instruction and care given by Reiki Master Vilma Galindo during this weekend training.

If you’re interested in more info about Reiki training at MYCC you can visit our website at myyogacc.com and look for the Training tab.
