However your week is feeling, there’s a yoga class for that. 🌿 At Raven & Moon in downtown Simpsonville, SC, our weekly classes make room for movement, softening, energy & breath. Beginners are always welcome.

Flow Within | Vinyasa Yoga with Murphy Tyler is an intuitively guided, all-levels 60-minute flow every Tuesday & Thursday at noon. Yin Restorative Yoga with certified instructor Adriann Garrett offers slow, gentle, floor-based postures every other Friday evenings, with time to settle into each one. Kundalini Yoga with Cynthia is a 60-minute Saturday class at 10am, with an gong bath experience at the end of class.

Find us at 413 SE Main Street, in downtown Simpsonville. Registration is recommended. Classes fill quickly. Yoga class packs for 60- & 90-minute classes are available & interchangeable across class types.

It was absolutely amazing to see you all. We're overwhelmed with gifts from so many, & so grateful for the love surrounding our little shop.

A little anniversary love for Shannon of Bespoke Hair by Shannon ✨

Shannon began her hairdressing apprenticeship at Van Michael Salon in Atlanta in 2002. After a decade of cutting & styling there, her journey took her west to Boulder & Seattle, with a memorable stop as a steward aboard small adventure cruise ships around the Pacific Northwest, Baja Mexico & Hawaii. Today, she specializes in precision cuts, loves working with natural textures & helps clients find a style that fits their lifestyle & preferences. Here she is outside her studio at AT Trade Company!
