Still on the high from this retreat! We had an amazing group of women come together and to just be present. Because of the laughter, the cries, the stories and the hugs; I’m excited to be cooking up next year’s retreat!

This Saturday is happening! Join us Market 20 & Co. and let’s show up for Mindy’s kids! Let them know we are still supporting them and want help with this difficult new chapter without their mom!

Saturday 10/17 at 9:30 am for an all levels gentle yoga class. Come breathe and move with us as we honor Mindy!

I can’t believe it has already been three months since we lost our beautiful, kind, and huge-hearted friend, Mindy.

Mindy left behind four children who were her entire world, and we want to come together to help support them as they navigate this new chapter of life without their mom.

Please join us Saturday, October 17th at 9:30 AM for a special yoga class Market 20 & Co.in Dakota City. All proceeds from the yoga class will go directly to Mindy’s kids.

The investment is $15, and after class, stick around to shop at one of the cutest boutiques around!

We’ll also have coffee and refreshments available, so we’d love to get an estimated headcount for the morning.
