Sometimes, we need to dive deeper to have better understanding when it comes to learning, growing, and healing.
Yes, we know about chakras.
They are those seven primary spaces within that resonate with a divine focus for our body, mind, and soul.
Yet, there are a total of 114 such energy centers within us, most of which we haven't heard about let alone tapped into for renewal.
Through practices like yoga, Reiki, meditation, exercise, therapy, massage, etc., our ultimate mission is to unblock and realign what is experiencing imbalance inside.
We hyperfixate on where such traffic jams and bottlenecks are and how we and others can resolve them efficiently.
Yet, we don't completely understand how it all became such a conundrum to begin with.
When life happens, we are not always prepared to digest it timely, effectively, and appropriately.
We just bury it deep within ourselves, like we were conditioned to, amongst the applicable energy hubs
Over time, that process of pseudo elimination becomes less effective as we run out of room and the chakras shift out of alignment in attempt to hold space for all of that which was dumped.
Energy work is often focused on empowering the release of all that we have held hostage on standby, and there is often a sense of relief when those channels are open and clear.
After investing time, space, energy, and resources in resolution, we have a sense of clarity, forward movement, and starting over with a new baseline.
Yet, if we don't understand how it all evolved to this point, and in what ways we can mitigate life differently and more effectively, we are just going to keep navigating toward sinking our energy reality.
In order to resolve the circle of misunderstanding, we must understand the issue, identify why it isn't for our highest and best good, and have a toolbox full of alternative solutions.
So, let's begin again.
First of all, when a chakra feels blocked, it is often a sign of energetic intelligence, not failure.
Our bodies are choosing protection over openness for a valid reason.
We experience something and rather than giving it proper attention, we brush in under the energetic rug, and that signals to our being to bolster protection in the applicable areas.
For example, we once spoke our truth and perhaps, navigated the negative ramifications of such a bold endeavor.
If we don't process all of that, we tend to bury it and the throat chakra creates layers of protection to reduce the chances of that happening moving forward, by carefully discerning what to say or not say and weighing that against what we are willing to lose.
We can work toward opening up the throat, but we also need to equip ourselves for how to navigate those scenarios moving forward so it doesn't become such a mess again.
As we continue to heal, we choose to discern the "why" in order to prevent derailment of our spiritual journey.
Reiki is a powerful tool for healing.
