I get asked all the time: “What do you eat?” “What supplements do you take?” “What’s your routine?”

And the truth is… what works for my body may not work for yours. 🤍

We live in a world where someone is constantly telling you what powder to drink, pill to take, diet to follow, food to eliminate, or “must-have” supplement to buy.

Turn down the noise. Start listening to your body.

If you supplement, do it intentionally—not because someone on the internet told you it changed their life. The supplement industry is worth billions of dollars, and while there are some incredible products out there, you do not need everything being sold to you.

Start with food. Real, nourishing food. Pay attention to what gives you energy, what digests well, what keeps you satisfied, what helps you 💩, and what makes you genuinely feel good.

Your body communicates with you all day long.
Learn its language instead of trying to copy someone else’s. 🌱

Food is fuel. Food is nourishment. And your body isn’t supposed to look, eat, train, or function exactly like mine.

Here’s a question that might ruffle some feathers…

“If colon hydrotherapy is so beneficial, why doesn’t my doctor recommend it?”

Well… did you know colonic irrigation actually has a history in medical practice? It was discussed in medical literature more than 100 years ago, studied by physicians, and colonic irrigation equipment could even be found in hospitals during the early 20th century.

So maybe the conversation shouldn’t end with:

“My doctor doesn’t offer it, so it must not have value.”

Maybe we should be asking more questions.

What determines which therapies stay inside our modern healthcare system?
What role do research, standardization, insurance coverage and reimbursement play?
And where does supportive, preventative and holistic care fit into the conversation?

Colonics are not a cure-all, and they do not replace medical care from your doctor. But colon hydrotherapy didn’t suddenly appear on Instagram as some trendy “detox.” It has a documented history in medicine.

Today, it primarily exists outside conventional medical care — and I think that history is worth knowing.

Your doctor can be an incredibly important part of your healthcare team without being the only resource you use to care for your body.

Get curious. Ask questions. Learn how your digestive system works.

And maybe it’s time we stop treating talking about P**P like it’s taboo. 💩😉 The colon deserves a seat at the wellness table.

Seasonal sickness is COMMON. But that doesn’t mean we have to treat feeling run-down all season as inevitable. 🍂🤧

Think about what changes this time of year: kids are back in classrooms, sports start up, schedules get busier, sleep routines shift, stress increases, and suddenly we’re interacting with a whole lot more people — and a whole lot more germs.

Exposure to viruses is part of life, and even a healthy immune system can get sick. But this is also a beautiful reminder to SUPPORT the body instead of simply waiting for sickness to arrive.

🥕 Eat a variety of whole, nutrient-dense foods
💧 Hydrate well
😴 Prioritize sleep
☀️ Get outside and move your body
🥣 Support a healthy gut and adequate nutrition
🧼 And yes — wash your hands!

Food isn’t a replacement for medical care, but nutrition absolutely matters for immune function. What we consistently give our bodies helps provide the nutrients they need to do what God designed them to do.

So as we head into “sick season,” maybe instead of accepting months of feeling crummy as normal, we get intentional about supporting our bodies well. 🤍

Have you ever actually looked at the Bristol Stool Chart?? Because how often you p**p is only part of the conversation. What your p**p looks like matters, too.

💩 Types 1–2 → harder, drier stool + often associated with constipation
💩 Types 3–4 → generally considered that happy, healthy middle
💩 Types 5–7 → increasingly loose/watery + faster transit

And while there’s a wide range of what’s considered medically “normal,” I want you to pay attention to YOUR normal.

Think about it:
You eat breakfast.
You eat lunch.
You eat dinner.
Day after day after day…

But you’re only p**ping a couple times a week?! 👀

Your digestive tract is constantly processing, absorbing and eliminating. Food doesn’t simply pile up meal-for-meal in your colon, but infrequent, difficult, incomplete bowel movements can absolutely be a sign that your gut needs some attention.

My favorite question isn’t just “Did you p**p today?”

It’s:
Did you have an easy, complete, comfortable bowel movement today? 💩✨

Because we’re not just trying to p**p.
We’re trying to p**p WELL. 😂

And yep… I KNOW it’s probably the exact reason you’ve been thinking about booking a colonic for six months and still haven’t done it.

Here’s what I want you to know: it looks way more intimidating than the actual experience is.

It’s small, insertion is gentle, and once we’re set up, it’s removed—leaving only the tiny tubing in place while you relax for your session.

No guessing. No Googling yourself into a panic. No expectation that you somehow already know how any of this works. 😂

My job is to explain every step, protect your dignity, help you feel comfortable, and make something that sounds incredibly awkward feel surprisingly normal.

And trust me… I talk about p**p for a living.

For a lot of people, the thing standing between “I’ve been thinking about getting a colonic forever” and actually booking the appointment is one tiny word:

You are absolutely not the first person to be nervous about this part of your appointment. You won’t be the last. And there is nothing embarrassing about asking me exactly how it works before you ever get on my table.
