Dear Patient,

We sincerely apologize for the issue you experienced with your prescription label fading.

We recently received a batch of defective prescription labels from our label supplier. Unfortunately, the labels used on your prescription were affected by this defect, which caused the printed information to fade over time. We understand how important it is for prescription information to remain clear and legible, and we regret any concern, inconvenience, or confusion this may have caused.

We are addressing the issue with our supplier. Please contact our pharmacy if you have any questions.

We appreciate your understanding and apologize for this inconvenience. Your safety and confidence in our pharmacy are very important to us.

Sincerely,

McWilliams Pharmacy
