Winding Down: A Restorative Sound Bath

If you’ve been wanting to come to a sound bath but feel like the year has passed you by, this is your invitation. 🤍 This will likely be my last sound bath of the year, so reserve your spot today!

As autumn winds down and the holiday season begins to pick up, take a pause at beautiful Walden in Aurora and give yourself some time to slow down, settle in, and reconnect with yourself.

Join me for a restorative sound journey with singing bowls, gongs, and vocals, creating space to relax, receive, and simply be.

The early bird rate for both upcoming Sound Healing Trainings dates ends this Friday, 10/16! (Save $50)

🎶 Two training dates available:
• October 24 (almost full!)
• December 5

Whether you’re new to sound healing or an experienced practitioner, this training is designed to give you the tools to share sound healing with your community, friends, or family, or incorporate sound into your personal practice or existing wellness work.

No instruments required, just an open heart and curiosity. 🎶 Space is intentionally limited to keep the experience intimate and hands-on.

This will be our first Cacao ceremony to bless our new space 🤎 We are so excited to have Sofia joining us to guide this sacred & powerful practice.

A journey back to the frequency of love. A 1.5-hour Sound Bath & Cacao Ceremony experience to reconnect with ourselves, our inner wisdom, and the present moment. Cacao nourishes the body and soul and is traditionally connected to the heart center. When the heart is open, we can feel more connected, compassionate, and accepting of change, allowing us to meet life’s challenges with greater ease and flow. Together, cacao and sound create a beautiful space to slow down, soften, and reconnect within.

What a beautiful experience today, tapping into the energy of 10/10, new beginnings, and endless possibilities. We moved through grounding, manifestation exercises, and a powerful sound bath to embody and integrate the experience. A little space to pause, get clear, and open ourselves to what’s possible. ✨

Join Vishali Gupta on 10/17 for a gentle, practical yoga workshop designed to help you better understand and care for your back.

You’ll learn simple yoga practices to help:
• Ease lower back tension
• Open tight hips
• Release the hamstrings
• Gently strengthen the core and back

Props will be used throughout the workshop, and everything you need will be provided. Bring your yoga mat and water.

Grateful to share a private yoga session and fall sound bath with a wonderful group of women. It was the second beautiful lakefront home I’ve visited recently, and it’s starting to make me wonder… maybe I should be living near some water? 😂🌊♓️

There’s something powerful about gathering together, slowing down, moving gently, and making space to simply breathe and be, especially for women who spend so much of their time giving, caregiving, doing, and supporting others.
