Don’t let the Ravens loss be yours too... Monday motivation!!! 🔥🔥🔥 Make our consultation a priority, you’re already late to the game... We are looking for a few more active buyers, no window shoppers 🛑 ✋that need a crash course consultation to get the best value on a custom home built in 2019. Understand the process by working WITH THE DEVELOPER. This is an opportunity that if you don’t seize NOW will end up keeping you in the same house for 2020 and beyond. Don’t settle with the basic 💩💩💩 that’s on the market, it’s a rookie mistake... 🏈. For more info send me a DM!

We make changes as we go in order to make the home look it’s absolute best. 🏡🎁😛 Yes it takes more time, yes it maybe frustrating when we adjust the schedule and fear of the overall outcome but in the end... it’s totally worth it. 🙌🏿🙌🏿🙌🏿 Please enjoy a few sneak peaks at our 2nd raised ranch design taking shape very nicely! The owners added a standing seam metal roof to take this rebuild over the top! To our success!!! 🤴🏿🏠💰 Dwell Architectural Digest HGTV

Wrapping up another gorgeous home for a new young family to enjoy in Piscataway NJ! This ranch received a beautiful makeover and a few new details / combos including this lightning blue vanity with marble tops paired and rustic barn mirrors (my new favorite), arabesque marble in the master shower, a few .hardware fixtures for some pop, herringbone floors throughout the kitchen and foyer and a finished basement perfect for entertaining! Basic ranch turns to a raised modern farmhouse with a contemporary twist! Currently playing with a few different exterior elements to give this home that one of a kind charm. Standing seam almost complete, a few more items to button up before mechanicals. To our success!

Giving South Orange NJ that new construction love ❤️❤️❤️. This home has been sitting for almost 10 years with some serious liens and lead issues that scared the majority of buyers / investors away. 😱😱😱 We stripped the property to its core, (frame and foundation only) to get all state certifications and approvals which took close to 7 months... 🤮🤮🤮 Now with winter on our heels we’re moving the gang through to knock out footings, foundation, frame, roofing and windows within a few weeks. We will also be adding over 1k Sq ft of new finished space to turn the worst house in the neighborhood into the most sought after contemporary colonial has ever seen. Don’t believe me, just watch. To our success!!! 🤴🏿🏠💰

No church in the wild! We’ve lucked out with no rain while closing up the first phase of our latest Reno this week! Nothing like running crews 10 deep taking advantage of a warm December. Clean site, clean lines, prepping for phase 2 and giving the boys plenty of winter ❤️. This all black metal standing seam roof will make this one of the meanest cribs in To our success! 🤴🏿🏠💰
