What exactly is photobiomodulation? 💡

Photobiomodulation (PBM) is the use of specific wavelengths of light to stimulate cellular processes that support the body’s natural ability to heal, recover, and function.

One of my favorite things about the Red +2 Torch is how many different ways I can use it throughout my day.

When my brain starts hitting that afternoon wall, I’ll use targeted light at the top of my head for a little energy and focus support.

And when I can feel that familiar tension starting to creep in at the base of my skull? I’ll use it there before it has a chance to turn into a full-blown headache.
