What a fun Ladies Night!! I didn't get to take pictures, BUT....

A huge THANK YOU to all the wonderful ladies who came out tonight! It was so nice meeting new people, seeing some familiar faces, and sharing a little relaxation with everyone!

I had such a great time providing mini massages, chatting with everyone, and being part of such a fun evening!

A special thank you to Family Chiropractic & Posture at Family Chiropractic & Posture Center for hosting and bringing together such a wonderful group of women and local businesses! 💜

And thank you to all the other vendors who helped make the evening so enjoyable!

I hope everyone had as much fun as I did. Let's do it again sometime! 😁

Wondering what to expect when you come in for a massage? A lot of people do. Let me put you at ease.

First things first: This is YOUR massage.

We'll talk about what brought you in, what you'd like to accomplish, and what feels comfortable for you. This includes how undressed you are comfortable getting. I won't think you're weird if you take ALL your clothes off, or if you're more comfortable leaving some things on. It's all about your comfort.

And once we're working? Communication is always welcome! Want more pressure? Less pressure? Need to change positions? Just say something. I promise, you won't hurt my feelings. 😂

My goal isn't to put you through a cookie-cutter massage. It's to help you feel better, move better, and get back to doing the things you love.

Move Better. Feel Good. Live Fully. 💙

Who is massage for?

Contrary to popular belief, you don't have to wait until your shoulders are permanently attached to your ears to get a massage! 😂

Massage isn't just for people who are injured or in pain.

It's for the person sitting at a desk all day. The person who's constantly on their feet. The weekend warrior. The person juggling work, family, and everything in between. And yes, even the person who just wants to relax for an hour!

Whether you're dealing with tension, trying to stay active and comfortable, or simply need a little time for yourself, massage can be part of taking care of your body.

You don't have to wait until something hurts to start taking care of yourself.

Move Better. Feel Good. Live Fully. 💙

What makes my massages different? I don't just work ON your body. I work WITH it.

After more than 18 years as a massage therapist, one thing I know for certain is that no two bodies are alike. And their massages shouldn't be either!

I listen to what you tell me, pay attention to how your body responds, and adjust my techniques to meet your needs.

Sometimes that means deeper pressure. Sometimes it means a gentler approach. The goal isn't to see how much discomfort you can tolerate. It's to help you feel better, move better, and get back to doing the things you love.

Because massage shouldn't leave you feeling beaten up. It should help you feel like YOU again.

Move Better. Feel Good. Live Fully. 💙

We're stuck in England! Our plane was stuck on the tarmac after we landed, so we missed our connecting flight. We're not sure how long it's going to take. No change of clothes, no toothbrush, nothing. Usually we carry everything on, but this time we had checked bags and I didn't even think to keep stuff we might need with us.
If you have a massage scheduled for Friday or Saturday this week, please check your email.

I'll be going the first half of May, so plan to book your massages early 😁

Many of you might know that my dog has heartworm. She's going through and unpleasant but necessary treatment, and it has unpleasant side effects. Plus, she has WORMS in her HEART! Those can cause damage!

So what to do for heart damage? And how about the stress on the liver, kidneys, and her immune system, from the treatment? Well, basically, the same thing I'd tell a person... just in smaller amounts.

She's been breathing really heavy lately. So I put her on an herbal blend for the heart and circulatory system called Gingko and Hawthorn, and the heavy breathing has already improved.

Hawthorn is one of the best products for strengthening the heart. Gingko biloba is good for improving oxygenation (especially to the brain), and olive leaf is great for the kidneys and immune system. Think about how great this product would be for older people!

After the research I did on it, I'm going to start taking it myself!
