A little reminder about our 48 hour cancellation policy 🤍

We completely understand that life happens. Kids get sick, work runs late, and unexpected things come up. We’re human, and we get it!

And while I have historically been a big giant pushover about cancellation fees… I also have a team whose time I need to protect.

When you book an appointment, we reserve that time specifically for you. For longer skincare treatments, that can mean a significant portion of your provider’s day. With less than 48 hours’ notice, it’s extremely difficult to fill that opening, leaving an empty spot in the schedule and little opportunity to offer it to another patient.

Calling to cancel is always appreciated, but the amount of notice still matters.

For shorter appointments, like vitamin shots or tox, we can often be flexible with last-minute cancellations, especially when it’s a one-off situation and not a regular occurrence. For longer skincare treatments, please expect the $50 late cancellation fee to apply when you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice.

We love you, we appreciate you, and we’re just trying to run a business over here. 😂
