Happy birthday to us!

Our birthdays are just 2 days apart and we get to celebrate them together every year.

She’s absolutely incredible in every way, gorgeous, intelligent, caring, loving, all the things!

Shane Gillis went on SNL and talked about women at the gym like they are the problem.

I have spent 24 years in those gyms. I have coached 8,000 women. My wife is an IFBB pro who stood on stage Saturday night, and she is the hardest worker in every room she trains in.

The women he is talking about are up before the sun.

They train around jobs, kids, and real life. They film their sets to get better, and some of them film to feel safe.

They are not dressing for him, or for any man. They are there for the one hour of the day thats for them.

Men train shirtless in every gym in America and nobody says a word.

A woman wears the uniform of her sport and gets called names on live TV. That is not a joke that missed. That is a man saying the quiet part out loud.

The guys who actually train next to these women are not complaining. They are trying to keep up.

Respect is free. More men should try it.

The exercise you’re skipping is the one you need most.

Think about it. The lift you dread. The one you conveniently “run out of time” for.

The one you’re embarrassed to do with light weight while everyone watches.

You avoid what exposes you.

Every woman I coach has one.

Legs she skips because they’re hard.

A back she never trains because she can’t see it in the mirror.

A lift she’s bad at, so she just doesn’t do it.
