I love this little house. I love the work I get to do inside of it, and I love the community that walks through its doors. 🖤

I’ve always tried to run Zen Witch Wellness in a way that feels neighborly—keeping my prices fair, giving where I can, and making wellness a little more accessible.

My home and my tiny business are deeply intertwined, which means decisions that affect one affect the other. This is one of those decisions.

For me, this is why I’m voting no on the Public Safety Bond.

Sharing not to tell anyone else how to vote—just to share why I’m voting the way I am. 🌙

Hello, friends. ❤️
I wanted to let you know that I’ve made the decision to delete my Facebook account, which means Zen Witch Wellness will be leaving Facebook as well.
If you’d like to stay connected with me, hear about upcoming offerings in the garden, community gatherings, meditations, workshops, appointment availability, and the things I’ve been writing and pondering, please subscribe to my Substack. Or you can follow on Instagram.
You do not need to download the Substack app. Subscribing essentially just adds you to my email list, so what I share can come directly to your inbox.
I am incredibly grateful for the community that has grown around Zen Witch Wellness here. So many of you have supported my little business, attended gatherings in my garden, shared my offerings, sent friends my way, and trusted me with your bodies, hearts, and stories. I’m not going anywhere. I’m simply changing where I show up online.
The truth is, while there are beautiful pockets of connection here, Facebook as a whole has become a place that doesn’t feel very good for me anymore. I find myself witnessing people assume the worst in one another, even in the most mundane interactions. I wish I were someone who could simply ignore it and scroll past, but I’ve realized that I’m not.
There is so much here that has been a balm to my heart, but I’m afraid the rest of Facebook has become insidious to my soul.
And I think it’s time for me to listen to that.
So this isn’t goodbye. Come find me on Substack. Or on Instagram.
With Love,
Gabby

A Full Moon Chakra Dance, a Source to Self meditation, and a little reflection on the vow guiding me forward.

I started a Substack!

I’ve been looking for a space where I can share more of what I’m studying, creating, questioning, and experiencing without trying to squeeze everything into a social media post.

This will be a home for my guided meditations, spiritual reflections, things I’m learning along the way, and probably some occasional ramblings as I try to make sense of this wild human experience.

And I’m starting it off with a free 15-minute guided meditation!

From Source to Self: A Journey Through the 12 Chakras weaves together so much of what I’ve been studying and practicing this summer. We journey from Source into the human experience, through all 12 chakras, exploring embodiment, remembrance, and the Divine within.

The meditation is completely free to listen to, and you can subscribe for free if you’d like future meditations, reflections, and offerings sent right to your inbox.

I’m excited to have a new little corner of the internet to share more of this work. Come join me!

This Labor Day, I want to honor some of the hardest-working people in our community: our teachers and ed techs.

The people teaching and caring for our children give so much of themselves every day. I want to offer them a place where they can be cared for, too.

Through the end of the year, I am offering my 45-minute Reiki sessions to teachers and ed techs working in South Portland Public Schools for $25, regularly $65. Each educator may schedule up to two sessions per month at this price.

This is a quiet space to rest, reset, and bring your energy back into balance. No experience with Reiki or particular spiritual belief is needed. Simply come as you are.

If you know a South Portland teacher or ed tech, please share this with them. Booking is available through the link in my bio.

With love and gratitude for all you do,

Gabby
