✨ Reconnect with your core—one breath at a time. ✨

This simple TA (transverse abdominis) contraction with an exhale is one of my favorite foundational exercises for postpartum recovery. 💛

Your deepest core muscle works like a natural corset, helping support your core, improve stability, and build a strong foundation for returning to movement.

💨 Exhale as you gently draw your lower belly in toward your spine—think connection, not crunching.

Remember: Healing isn’t about “bouncing back.” It’s about rebuilding strength from the inside out.

Have you been focusing on reconnecting with your core postpartum? Let me know in the comments! 👇

🌸 New Blog Post is Live! 🌸

Let’s talk pelvic floor anatomy—something every woman should know, but most of us were never really taught.

Your pelvic floor is the foundation for so much: bladder control, core strength, sexual health, and even stability with daily movement. Yet, as women, we rarely get the education we deserve about how it works and why it matters.

That’s why I put together a new blog post breaking down the basics of pelvic floor anatomy and function in simple, easy-to-understand language. 🙌

✨ This is the same info I cover in my workshops—because once you understand your body, you’re empowered to take better care of it.

✨ New Blog Post Alert! ✨

Let’s talk about something so many women experience but rarely discuss—urinary incontinence. Whether it’s a little leak when you sneeze, laugh, or run, or a sudden “gotta go” feeling, you’re not alone.

On the blog, I break down the most common types of urinary incontinence that affect women (especially moms!) and what they actually mean for your body. Understanding the “why” is the first step toward finding solutions that really work.

💡 Knowledge = empowerment.
💪 You don’t have to just live with it.

**”Breathe better, move better, feel better 💛**
Laying over a ball like this gently stretches the muscles *between* and *attached to* your ribs, giving your rib cage more room to expand.

When your rib cage expands, your diaphragm can move more freely—helping you breathe deeper, ease tension in your upper back, and restore mobility.

Why does this matter?
Your diaphragm is part of your **abdominal canister** (diaphragm, core, pelvic floor). If you can’t expand and engage it well, it can contribute to pelvic floor issues, low back pain, and posture problems—especially common for moms who are:
🤱 Newly postpartum
🪑 Sitting for long periods while feeding baby
💪 Recovering core + pelvic health after birth

A few minutes on the ball can help you reconnect with your breath, relieve tension, and support your whole core system from the inside out.

✨ Your breath is your foundation, mama.
