He continues to try new things, find what makes him happy, and gives it his all. Seeing that smile on his face while he’s out there playing is everything.

This weekend, our Mighty Maverick had the incredible honor of taking part in the Childhood Cancer Awareness football captain coin toss. 💛

Watching him walk onto that field, standing proudly and representing all of the children who have fought, are fighting, and sadly lost their battles to childhood cancer was a moment that brought so many emotions.

Maverick has been through more in his young life than any child should ever have to face. Yet here he was — strong, smiling, and showing the world what a childhood cancer warrior looks like. 💪🏼💛

September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, and moments like this are so important. They remind us that behind every statistic is a child, a family, a story, and a fight worth fighting.

We are so incredibly proud of you, Mav. You continue to inspire us every single day. Your strength, your courage, and your beautiful spirit are bigger than you will ever understand.

Thank you for giving our Mighty Maverick the opportunity to stand on that field and help shine a light on childhood cancer awareness. 🎗️

Another school year in the books, filled with learning, growth, challenges, and so many memories. Now it’s time to trade homework for sunshine, early alarms for sleeping in, and classrooms for adventures.
