We will provide: A yoga mat for you to lay on, a bolster, a throw blanket, and an eye mask. Please know that you are welcome to bring your own pillow, extra blanket, crystals, water, or any additional items that will help you feel comfortable and cozy during the experience.

What to wear: Comfortable, cozy layers are recommended, as your body may cool down while resting during the sound bath.

There is so much noise around us, and sometimes, even more noise within us. The thoughts we carry. The expectations we place on ourselves. The questions we don't yet have answers to. The emotions we haven't had space to feel. And beneath all of that, there is often something much quieter...a knowing.

This evening is an invitation to slow down enough to hear it.

Through the restorative energy of Reiki and the immersive vibrations of a Sound Bath, we'll create space to soften the mental chatter, settle into the body, and reconnect with your own inner wisdom. We'll begin with a grounding meditation before moving into Reiki and sound, allowing you to relax, receive, and simply be.

🌕✨ Release & Renew: A Full Moon Reiki + Sound Bath Journey

As we approach the Full Moon, we are invited to pause, reflect, and lovingly release what we are ready to let go of.

Throughout our lives, we create energetic connections with people, experiences, responsibilities, old patterns, and versions of ourselves we have outgrown. Some connections nourish us. Others may leave us carrying energy that no longer belongs to us.

This evening is an invitation to come home to yourself.
