It’s been a long time since we did what’s for dinner. It hasn’t changed. 🤷‍♀️🤣

Ribeye, eggs, pizza dish. For the pizza dish I put a thin layer of Rao’s sauce, garlic powder, everything bagel seasoning, and a pizza seasoning on top of the sauce. I then layered it with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, sausage, and ham. I did not have any bacon tonight. I baked it at 375 for about 40 minutes.

This is an excellent reminder of why women should never be offered hormone replacement therapy. Providers, if you are daring to give women dangerous hormones, pay attention.

I have a 54 year-old female, who came see me July 7th of this year. She wanted help with hormones. She has hyperparathyroidism so she sees endocrinology regularly. The PA in the endo office told my patient she can prescribe hormones to her. The PA subsequently drew “hormone labs” but told the patient everything was normal so there’s nothing to prescribe. Isn’t it strange to think a 54-year-old woman has normal hormones?
