We have a few things to highlight on this month's schedule:

🎨 Pop-Up Dot Mandala Journal Workshop
Join us Saturday, November 21 at 2:00 PM for a creative afternoon of dot mandala art and journaling. A great opportunity to slow down and try something new!

💪 NEW Kids Exercise Class on Thursdays
Looking for an after-school activity for your kids? Join us Thursdays at 5:30 PM for our new kids exercise class!

🏃 Homeschool Kids Exercise Class
Homeschool families, we have you covered! Bring the kids Thursdays at 12:30 PM for movement, exercise, and fun with other homeschoolers.

Plus, your favorites are still on the schedule, including Zumba, Yoga Yin Flow, Zumba Sculpt, and Hot Yoga.

Please note that we will be closed on Thanksgiving, Thursday, November 26.
