Grateful for two unforgettable days in Tianjin at the 3rd Huanhu Skull Base Surgery International Forum. 🙏
Honored to co-chair the meeting together with Prof. Tong — and to share the stage with invited colleagues and friends: Zenonos and Wang from Pitt, Julina, president of the European Skull Base Society, and Jeff ‘Slash’ Sorenson.
From the launch of the Huanhu Skull Base Academy to hands-on live dissection — cavernous sinus, clivus and jugular foramen anatomy — the exchange was world-class.
As an honorary visiting professor at Huanhu since 2018, Tianjin always feels like coming home.
And no skull base meeting is complete without live music — the two of us from the Olfactory Grooves jamming with a fantastic local band. 🎸🧠 Check out Sorenson’s Riffs!!!
