One week to go until I pop!☄️
In my life, my business, my relationships this month I have adopted “let it be easy.” I’ve focused on EASE and FREEDOM.🌅
So often we push and push but a miraculous thing happens when we take a step back, listen to our bodies, heal our energy, and conserve. Also, a trip to the ocean is bound to recalibrate so many things.🐠🐬🐟
I set the intention to heal others and myself and be open to what the Universe has in store.🔱
I’m about to give birth to a baby boy- so I gotta be open and flexible. I have to take the pressure off to accomplish and “push my dreams forward.”👶🏻
I’ve learned a big freaking lesson.
🌊The more I push: the more resistance, stress and anxiety I meet.
🌊The more I try to do things the way everybody else does: the stickier my energy gets.
🌊The more I try to fit into a mould or lead with my head rather than my heart: the more others can feel it in my Energy and work dries up.
🌈This month I’ve conserved. I’ve taken care of myself and my baby and showed up for others to be or service and heal.
🌟And you wanna know what freaking happened? I’ve had MORE clients and created more wealth this month being of service and otherwise doing NOTHING biz/marketing related than in the past 6 months.
🌈Because at the end of the day- it all comes down to your energy, your genuine contribution to helping others, and your openness to receiving.
✨I just keep clearing my sh*t, keeping my side of the street clean, showing up for my clients, and connecting to things that matter to me right now.
☀️Nature.
☀️My space.
☀️My relationship.
☀️My animals.
☀️My spiritual connection.
☀️My healings.
🌈Focus on what matters, clear your past, recalibrate your energy and anything is freaking possible.
I’m booking my final Past Life Regressions and Atlantean Heal
Conquer your fear of emotional flashbacks in 3 simple steps
Let's be honest. Having a flashback is not only disorientating but also terrifying😱
Flashbacks are known to be a symptom of post-traumatic stress disorder. Typically, the person can re-experience the traumatic event as if it were happening at this moment.
An emotional flashback can be triggered by a situation, a circumstance, or an event that reminds you of exactly what happened🥺
I don't know about you, but I've surely been there myself. It took me a while and a lot of healing to be able to cope with the situation, but now stronger than ever, I can guide you to do the same.🌸
How to cope with emotional flashbacks? 👇
🌟Identify your triggers
Awareness is everything! Becoming aware of your triggers might help you ground yourself and avoid them.
🌟Talk yourself down
We’ve all heard of negative self-talk but it’s time for an internal pep talk. Become your own best friend- imagine you are sitting next to yourself and reassure your scared inner child that you’re OK.
🌟Take deep breaths
Breath in and out, bring your hands to your heart and focus on your heart space. Not only will this physiologically calm you down, it will activate your heart chakra which is an instant stress release.
🌟Think about therapy
There’s no shame in asking for help and letting somebody in. Sometimes we bottle things up and keep on “pushing through.” It’s okay to stop pushing and it’s such a relief to finally let go and expel some of that energetic pressure that is growing inside of you. Start with the basics- Think about someone who can help you, a friend, colleague or professional. Speaking to an objective 3rd party is an incredible way to find solutions and it can help you to create strategies for your day-to-day challenges.
