Based in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia (USA). Focused on music for well-being and transformation. Greg Burns is a practitioner in the Healing Art of Sound and owner of Metta Vibrations. He provides various Sound and Meditation events and classes, all focused on helping the individual. Greg has been leading these types of classes for over 8 years now after working for 15 years in a therapy hospital, helping him to develop a broad understanding of how we heal and feel better. Over the last 8 years he has led over 500 group events and more than 100 individual sessions in a wide range of settings, such as yoga studios, schools, retirement centers, festivals, and more. Heads up my peeps in Lexington....new event on the calender!
On Saturday, October 17th my friend Jaren and I will join forces to offer a Yoga + Sound session at Center of Gravity Yoga and Pilates. Class runs from 5-6:30pm and will include a mat yoga set (not floating yoga set). Reach out with any questions.

It's that time of year when there is a festival on just about every corner of the valley! And on that note a reminder about Fall Fest happening tomorrow, 10/10, at Massanutten Resort! Festival runs from 11:30am til 6pm. There are 3 musical acts throughout the day, including local favorites The Judy Chops. In addition there will be lots of artisan and food vendors present. Tickets are still only about $12 tonight and only jumps to $20 at the gate. I'll be there all day offering mini Sound Bath experiences and selling some crystals, bells and tea. Would love to see you there!
