The spiritual battle is in full force. I haven’t needed many tools the last few months, but I have needed every tool in my spiritual hand bag the last few weeks. Clean your homes, cars, cut energetic cords, set protections, ask your guides and team for protection. This is a full on spiritual battle and we are many and the elite are few. This is not to be in fear at all. It’s a simple reminder that we hold the power to keep the 5 D very much alive with our every diver of our being. Believe in what’s possible. Be aware but do not focus on the crumbling of the 3D. It’s been intense, but do not forget the power you hold with your every thought. Sending love and strength to all. Be the bigger person in situations, but take no $hit. Be the fierce peaceful warrior. Be the divine feminine and masculine even if it means some will shy away from you. Be the example always. When you slip up, learn from it and move on. Admit your mistake, and set the next course. Blessed be the wayshowers

You see videos on Instagram and you might think, “they must have money, they must have trust funds, they were handed that life,” etc. In some cases yes . But I worked in personal growth for the last 16 years. Watched documentaries, listened to podcasts, read books, listened to books, has several dark nights or the soul, several low points, several surrender moments, several times I almost broke. The “spiritual path” isn’t about rainbows and unicorns …. It’s work, rest, integrate, intuition, manifestation, falling apart, climbing out of the darkness. It’s simply a practice in being self aware, being willing to change and adapt, to learn, to admit your mistakes. This isn’t a 10 step program. This isn’t following a program, it’s following your heart, mind and spirit. It’s falling apart, it’s bliss, it’s abundance, it’s failure, it’s achievement. Don’t fall for the “if you do this you will succeed.” Take the pieces from those whom have come before you and put them together in your own recipe to make it your own. Take each day as a fresh start. Take the small wins. Take one vitamin, exercise for 10 minutes, take 2 walks a week. Many of us (including myself) felt stagnant for the last few years, were in survival mode, healing mode, integration mode. We feel this pull towards 5D, we want to run, but our bodies want to walk. Take the small wins, listen to your body. Rest when you need. Know that anything is possible and also that divine timing is real. Learn to follow your intuition. Blessed be.

It’s amazing to me the amount of neh sayers there are in the world right now. You talk about free energy and they say “that doesn’t exist”, you talk about true health which doesn’t come from a jab or a pill, you talk about a future where nature and technology are in perfect harmony, and they don’t believe any of it. It’s amazing to me how very few people have big dreams any more. I for one will create a beautiful reality, a beautiful world, a place others can’t even dream of. Cheers to all the dreamers out there! Keep dreaming big, because manifestion is real!!!

Sometimes we get so wrapped up in the daily task, setbacks, and challenges that we forget what we’ve accomplished and how far we’ve come. Take a moment to think about how far you come. For our family, we have created two businesses, we Homeschool, we travel, our kids are in Hockey, and we live in paradise. Sometimes manifestation takes time and we need to look back in order to see what we’ve manifested in gratitude. I am so thankful we have flexible schedules, where our own bosses, we are healthy, and we are abundant. This did not happen easily, however. It took a lot of effort, a lot of time, a lot of growth, and a lot of hardship. But it was all worth it. Manifestation isn’t always rainbows and unicorns, so have faith, even if things are hard that you are manifesting your brightest future. Blessed to be the wayshowers.

Big things are coming. Some of us know we have a huge mission on Earth. Not because we are better, but because we have been training for this for centuries. We have been taught to play small, taught to not be “in your ego”. So we did shadow work, learned, observered. Now we are being called to step in our mission, step into leadership. We feel the power and energy rising. We slowly and intentionally take gradual steps to this full embodiment. We slowly allow the dna to activate. It’s time divine healers. It’s time.

“You’re not the same as you were before. You were much more… muchier. You’ve lost your muchness.” Alice in Wonderland. Since 2019, many of us chose a path of non-compliance. We stood our ground, and chose the path less traveled. Fast forward a few years and we found ourselves tired, beaten down, wanting to be alone, and just over it all. Since January 2026, we have felt a small spark. It started with a glimmer of@hope, a few signs from the universe, but then it seemed like severalmlore@years of shadow work and set backs. CERN turns off, and all of a sudden, there is movement again. Sparks of hope. Little wins. There are still plenty of exhausting set backs: people that don’t align anymore, places, activities that no longer serve. But there is hope rising, there is a little more sparkle in our eyes returning. The dreams are so vivid you could touch them. The sky is more blue. Hold@on to@those small wins. Honor them. Even when everything around us feels dense and annoying, we know the new is just around the corner if we keep believing and taking the baby steps to the big dream come true. “It’s always darkest before the dawn.”

I never understood the phrase “boys will be boys”, because I am raising men. I have high standards and expectations for my@sons because I believe in them. I not sure when society decided that kids shpuld@just be free range and “figure it out”. Of course my kids have freedoms and learn from experience, but they have age appropriate freedoms, with people who are great influences. When did we decided that children don’t need guidance? When did we decide bad influencers are ok? Many studies have proven, you are who you hang out with. Great then let’s hang out with the visionaries, the dreamers, the hard workers, the authentic inspired wayshowers. I homeschool ao my children are folllwong their passions and trying new things. Yes, of course it’s important to face adversity, which they get through sports, meet ups, and play dates, but that doesn’t mean I send them to a bar. It’s not about good grades, or 10 extra curricular activities, it’s about raising strong, respectable, confident men! I will not lower my standards to make people comfortable. I am a Capricorn, so rise with me, believe in your children, set loving boundaries. Dream big!!!!

Sometimes we need to get out of our own way. Sometimes we need to dream big. Sometimes we need to focus on a vision. It’s not about isolating. It’s about creating. The energies and astrology are slowly pushing us into creating the 5D reality with what we have learned . We are being asked to integrate past lives and the lessons from the last few decades to build something that’s never been done . It’s not about following some book or class or workshop. It’s about creating something visionary! Let’s do this.
