I have heard there is some confusion with a post that I sent out several weeks ago. I am still at the clinic so there is a provider to see patients for appointments. I am available for sick visits or acute issues that may come up. Unfortunately at this time, I am not taking any NEW primary care / wellness visit patients for medication management, disease management, etc. If I don’t answer the phone, please leave a message and I will get back to you as time permits. I ask for your patience - there are many days that I am the only one at the clinic. Thanks in advance for your understanding!

PSA: As many of you already know, there have been some changes at Four Seasons Wellness and more that are yet to come. After 10+ years, Mandi will be moving onto other things and away from the clinic, in the next couple of weeks and after 3 1/2 years, Erin had decided to leave the clinic, a few weeks ago. I thank them both for their dedication to Four Seasons Wellness over the years and helping shape the clinic into what it is! I wish them the best in their new adventures!

Effective immediately, clinic hours will be changing to 8am to 4:30pm Monday thru Thursday. As there will be limited staff at the clinic for awhile, answering phone calls promptly may not be an option, so please leave a message and your phone call will be returned as soon as time allows! THANK YOU for your patience and understanding as this transition occurs! Thank You for your continued support currently, and over the years, as we continue to strive to provide excellent health care in our community!
