PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT FROM AT THE BAR FIT CLUB:

I will cancel your membership in a HEARTBEAT for disrespecting this gym.

Zero questions asked. Zero warnings. Zero second chances.

I bust my ass for this place. We LOVE this gym. Our members love this gym. We have spent years building it, improving it, buying equipment, maintaining it, cleaning it, and creating a place where people can come in and WORK.

So imagine how absolutely pi**ed I was when our head trainer walked in this morning and found the gym completely trashed.

Dumbbells thrown on the floor.

Weight left loaded on equipment for somebody else to clean up.

Weights left on bars and the sled.

And my $1,200 Panatta bench literally picked up, flipped over onto the ground.

Absolutely not.

We pump iron here. We lift heavy. We train hard.

But there is a MASSIVE difference between training hard and treating someone else’s property like garbage.

If you intentionally throw my equipment around, leave your s**t everywhere and expect somebody else to clean up behind you, you are NOT an At The Bar Fit Club member.

And you won’t be.

The membership involved in this morning’s incident has been canceled effective immediately along with a $100 charge which is far left than the per pound rule, and that individual will not be welcome back.

Planet Fitness is a few minutes down the road. ✌🏼

I tolerate a lot. I clean up after people more than I should. I’ll give grace for somebody forgetting to rerack something every now and then.

But THIS?

Never.

If you’re going to train here, respect the fu***ng gym.

Respect the equipment.

Respect the other members.

Respect the people who bust their ass to give you a place to train.

We don’t disrespect our gym at At The Bar.

Period.

If you’ve ever stepped on a bodybuilding stage,
You know the true win is in the moment your heel hits the stage.
Just completing a prep, giving something all of you, and digging deep to pull out more inside you that you didn’t know you had.
It truly transforms you as a person, and we are so proud of alexa rehmeier for seeing yourself through this prep all the way to stage!

You look incredible sis, and so beautiful 🫶🏽

🚨 NEW AT AT THE BAR FIT CLUB!! 🚨

Okay y’all, I am WAY too excited about this one 😂

Our brand-new 24/7 SMART VENDING FRIDGE is officially LIVE & STOCKED! 🙌🏼🔥

And no, this isn’t your typical gym vending machine full of candy bars and random bulls**t. 😂 I stocked this thing specifically with lifters in mind.

We’ve got fresh homemade meal preps, protein shakes, energy drinks, clear protein, high-protein snacks, hydration options, quick carbs, grab-and-go snacks and more — all available 24 HOURS A DAY.

The coolest part? There’s no vending-machine buttons or spirals. Tap/swipe your card → open the fridge → grab whatever you want → shut the door. The smart fridge recognizes what you took and automatically checks you out. 🤯

So whether you forgot your pre-workout, need something after your lift, need a meal on the way home, or you’re training at some ungodly hour when the store is closed… WE GOT YOU. 💪🏼🍑

I’ve wanted to give our members more convenient options that actually make sense for people who train, and I’m SO freaking pumped about this.

It’s stocked and ready to go NOW! 🎉

Go try it out and let me know what you want to see stocked in it next! 👀🔥

NEW MACHINE ALERT — AND THIS ONE IS A BIG 🍑 DEAL!

We are SO incredibly excited, grateful, and PROUD to announce that At The Bar Fit Club is now home to the Elite Glute Isolator X!
(It’s been here a couple weeks but it is moved to its permanent home and plug in)

This isn’t just another piece of equipment we added to fill some floor space. This is a patented, state-of-the-art glute isolation machine specifically designed to take the quads out of the movement and put the work where we actually want it — THE GLUTES. 🍑

We are seriously so grateful for the opportunity to bring equipment like this into our gym and give our members access to something DIFFERENT. We take a lot of pride in continuing to invest back into our facility and bring you guys equipment that can actually elevate your training.

And listen — DO NOT let this thing intimidate you. 😂

We know the hydraulics and setup make it look like you need an engineering degree to operate it, but we PROMISE it is actually one of the easiest and least complicated machines in the entire gym once you get on it.

We really want EVERYONE to get comfortable using it, so please don’t walk past it because you aren’t sure what to do. ASK US! We would be more than happy to show you how to get set up and get you going.

And once you try it, WE WANT YOUR FEEDBACK! 👏🏼

Take a video, post your set, tell us what you think and PLEASE TAG AT THE BAR FIT CLUB so we can reshare you! The more you guys use it and share it, the more we can help everyone else feel comfortable jumping on and trying it too.

We cannot wait to see what you guys think.

Stephenville — come build some glutes. 🍑🔥

Welcome to the gym, Elite Glute Isolator X. 😍

Special thanks to Jarrod and the entire EliteGluteIsolatorX team!
