Liver qi stagnation- one of the most common patterns I see daily:

1. Your jaw is clenched while you answer emails.

2. One more request makes you want to snap.

3. You keep sighing without realizing it.

4. Your shoulders live up by your ears.

5. Your stomach feels off when life gets busy.

6. You feel restless, even when you finally get a break.

7. You’re doing everything for everyone—but craving something more for yourself- and you’re not doing anything about it. Unfulfilled desires lead to liver qi stagnation.

Do these signs mean something is wrong with your actual liver? Most likely not, but they are signs you’re over burdened and over taxed, and it’s time to take care of yourself.

Cupping is one of the ways we take care of this at Divine Point Acupuncture . Relieving that massive shoulder tension can help you function so much better.

If you’re dealing with pain, stress, or just not feeling like yourself and you keep telling yourself you’ll book ‘eventually’- this is your sign.

Acupuncture works on more than you’d think- pain relief, stress, sleep, hormones, digestion, and just generally feeling like a human again. I’ve got openings this week and next.
