Seasonal Herbal Healing Pop Up-
Freeze Dried Elderberries ( Sambucus Canadensis)!

Love this easy and yummy way to support your immune system. Pinch a few straight into your mouth, add to your granola or smoothies, create some elderberry syrup or shrub. I love to add some to my sipping bone broth to make a tea…so soothing and nourishing.

For those local I have a small supply to share( Message me). Or check out the Midwest Elderberry Coop to learn about their sustainable and wild USA sourced elderberries.

Hands together for The CREW Urban Youth Equestrians, creating a safe space for urban youth of color to heal with horses. Take a listen to the founders on Black Saddle Podcast.

This organization touches me on a personal note as horses were a grounding and healing force in my youth growing up as a mixed black girl in racially tense spaces. I feel so blessed to have this full circle moment of helping other youth through all that The Crew has to offer! Deep bow to Kenatia, Chauntel and Jenny for caring this dream forward.
