🧡 BIG NEWS from the Pioneer Health family!! 🧡

We hope you’ll join us in congratulating our very own Lily Meyer on an absolutely INCREDIBLE week!

Not only was Lily recognized as one of OSU’s Seniors of Significance, she was also selected for the OSU Homecoming Court AND (drumroll, please 🥁) … SHE GOT ACCEPTED TO MEDICAL SCHOOL!! 🩺🎉

If you’ve had the pleasure of meeting Lily in our office, you already know what a special young woman she is. She’s bright, compassionate, hardworking, and has a drive to succeed that is truly remarkable.

As a physician, there are few things more rewarding than watching the next generation of doctors find their way into this profession. And as Lily’s employer and mentor, I couldn’t be more proud to have a front-row seat to her journey.

The future of medicine is looking pretty bright with young people like Lily leading the way! 🧡

🎶 What a way to celebrate the very first National 9 to 5 day! 😉

We helped lead the first-ever DPC conference created for the staff who keep our practices running every day.

They showed up. They shared what they know. They taught each other. They put themselves out there. And somewhere along the way, I realized we weren’t just having a conference—we were starting something.

Someday, when the first DPC staff conference has become part of DPC lore, this crew gets to say:

We were in the room where it happened. ❤️

The office will be closed tomorrow & Friday! 🌴✈️

Wish us luck as Angie, Joni, and I head to Fort Myers for the DPC Alliance Frontline Bootcamp, where all three of us will be presenting and sharing a little of what we’ve learned about making a DPC practice run well behind the scenes.

Apparently they’re letting all three of us have microphones. What could possibly go wrong? 🤪

My rock star staff, Joni and Angie will be presenting at this new conference specifically for DPC staff! Docs are welcome (I’ll be there!) if they want to register but our focus is those who work in the wings to support the work we do every day. I literally could not do it without them! DPC friends send your staff to grow their network and their skills!! See you in Ft Myers!!
