I’m here checking in and checking on. I got my Monday strength training in yesterday with a focus on lower body. Today will be all about upper body muscle building and strength. Who’s with me? I’m so grateful to my 20 something self for realizing how important it was to keep working out even when the scale kept fluctuating. Strength is built upon how you face resistance in your life. The same is true for your workouts. Do you lean into the challenge, allowing yourself to grow and learn from it? Or do you keep taking the easiest path? The choice is yours. But we’re not weak as we age because we’re aging. We’re weak because we’re not facing the resistance.
