Carvel has partnered with plant-based company KLIMON to add a permanent non-dairy menu to its locations across the US.

The lineup includes non-dairy soft serve, scooped frozen desserts, shakes, and even Carvelā€™s Flying Saucers ice cream sandwiches. The menu also offers nine non-dairy flavors and more than 25 non-dairy toppings.

The new options are now available nationwide in an effort to increase the 90-year-old company's plant-based offerings. And while there aren't any non-dairy ice cream cakes on the menu yet, a Carvel spokesperson casually told our team to keep an eye out for a vegan version of the nostalgic classic in 2027. šŸ‘€ (According to the company's website, the iconic Carvel CrunchiesĀ® in the center of their ice cream cakes are vegan-friendly, BTW)

Absolutely. Compassion is also about recognizing another beingā€™s capacity to suffer and extending the same consideration we would want for ourselves especially to those who cannot speak for themselves. šŸ’™šŸ¾
