We now have a new app available to download from the Apple App Store or the Google play store! This will allow you to refill prescriptions, check which prescriptions are ready, see copays, and even message our pharmacy staff directly. The name of the app is Rxlocal. Look for the logo shown in the photo below when downloading!

This platform will be offered in addition to our current IVR and talking to a pharmacy staff member.

Town & Country is undergoing a new RX system and upgrade with our software starting today. Please be patient and allow time when calling/picking up prescriptions for the upcoming week or so.

Town & Country is excited to partner with WVU Medicine to be a participating pharmacy in this heart failure program. The program aims to bring specialized heart failure care to local rural pharmacies to optimize clinical outcomes and enhance patient care services with a heart failure certified pharmacist.

Program starts this August. Any individual diagnosed with heart failure is eligible. More details in the link below or stop by the pharmacy to learn more.

A big thank you to the community for donating items for WV flood victims. First truck load went to Weston/Buckhannon areas thanks to transportation of Mercy Chefs.

Town & Country will continue to accept donations in store.
