There is nothing wrong with having a day on the calendar that reminds us to act in love.
The action of Love is the single most important gift we can give ourselves or another. Beyond Food, Water, Sleep and Sunlight, a loving connection is the deepest nourishment we can receive.
So put aside the cynicism of the "Hallmark Holiday", and let today be a beautiful reminder to call a parent, a sibling, a bestie or anyone else God brings to mind, and say I Love You.
Reach out to a stranger and illuminate them with a smile, a compliment or a good deed.

The LA fires have been devastating to so many. My twin bestie Amy Eagan lived here with her brother Todd for over a year, and this is a picture of his once beautiful neighborhood. His house, along with so many others, is now gone. Todd is like a brother to me, and it is heartbreaking to see his cliff top home decimated to a pile of ash. 😩 Ugh ......that's the worst right?
Within the Body Code we are able to find mental scripts that are being broadcast to the body. These mental scripts have emotional experiences as foundations that triggered the mind to store them and add them to your "truth" filters for the purpose of protection.
This process creates patterns of avoidance so we won't have to repeat hurtful experiences. In theory sounds good, but what ends up happening is these programs build walls of fear and limitation that hold us back. We put so much energy into avoiding that we end up attracting it instead.
"No will to take responsibility" is a very common one to find in a body code session when looking at chronic conditions. We feel victimized by the condition in the beginning because of whatever challenges we must face with the pain, illness, injury etc. after time the mind will adapt and make these conditions work for it. Therefore the body will adapt to the new "normal'.
The illness can actually perpetuate itself on a symptom level long after the body has healed because the person has become reliant on the condition! Counter productive I know, but if we truly wish to release issues holding us back, we MUST stop placing blame outside of ourselves and start taking responsibility for the part we play.

Everything is energy and nothing exists in isolation of anything else. Energy is vibratory, it has frequency. Everything in the Universe has a frequency. Each of us has a frequency. Our individual frequency is an average of all of vibrations that make up our physical, mental and emotional bodies. My healing gifts allow me to locate the low vibrational blocks within people's energy bodies and clear them away. Over time, this raises an individual's average frequency. The higher the frequency, the more optimal your wellness! Low vibrational energy blocks within the physical body, most often created out of emotional trauma, create a vulnerability that can lead to cellular deterioration, which then can lead to illness or injury. The body cannot heal itself properly with this disruption. By removing these, the body can resume it's natural frequency of health and do it's job to heal itself!
As you raise your overall vibration, you are also magnetizing a higher vibrational life. This means, love, abundance, joy, clarity, peace and purpose. You are able to live a more conscious and connected life, activating your full potential.
My treatment protocol combines my medical intuition, coaching skills, hands on healing, The Emotion Code, among other things. After more than 10 years of practice, it has become an effective, efficient and systematic approach.

She is a Certified Professional Life Coach and has been attuned in Reiki I, II and III and Levels 1-6 of the Seraphim Blueprint System. She is also a Levels 1-6 Seraphim Blueprint Teacher.
Jenny started developing her Intuitive and Healing gifts in 2009. After dealing with her own health crisis a few years ago, she dove deeper into her healing profession. The ability to see her client’s energy blocks began to strengthen and she soon realized that she was channeling information directly related to physical, emotional and mental illness. She began collaberating with holistic doctors on special cases to test information that was coming through and found that she was experiencing about a 90-95% rate of accuracy.
With continued practice her connection with Spirit led her to even deeper work.
In addition to Energy Therapy, Jenny now offers her clients Medical Intuitive Readings, Emotion Code work. Couple's Sessions, Soul level Clearing and Healing, Auric Clearing, Spiritual Counseling, Essential oil therapy, and Land and Home Healing and Clearing.
In 2018, she expanded her treatment to children and animals. She partners with Dr. Bethany Howe at Hawkins Animal Hospital and Wellness Center to help bring another level of healing to the four-legged and feathered patients there.
