PT, OT and SLP students worked together on Friday during an interprofessional event focused on rare pediatric disorders. What a great reminder that we are stronger and better when we work together, a theme so many students reinforced during their video presentations. Avery Roberts - an incredible and incomparable guest speaker- is pictured with the winning Interprofessional team representing students from the School of Health Professions. The group created the winning video (competition was tough!) on what to expect from a collaborative team working with an adolescent diagnosed with Friedreich's Ataxia. It was a remarkable experience for our students! Thank you, Avery!
